Ms. Ren Shao, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, Led a Delegation to Australia and New Zealand for Conducting Economic and Trade Activities

  For promoting the construction of overseas Guangdong Branded Commodities Exhibition Center and cross-border e-commerce, from June 7th to 14th, Ms. Ren Shao, Deputy Director-General of Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, led a delegation to Australia and New Zealand for conducting economic and trade activities.

  During the visit, Ms. Ren attended the opening ceremony of and made a speech for Guangdong (Australia) Branded Commodities Exhibition Center & Foshan (Australia) Household Essentials Show-LESSO HOME. She had in-depth exchanges  of cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouse business with directors of Homart Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd and 4PX EXPRESS Overseas Warehousing Service Center in Sydney; She also conducted discussion on import and export inspection and quarantine of cross-border e-commerce with China Certification & Inspection Group New Zealand Co., Ltd.; Ms. Ren went to Yashily New Zealand Dairy Co., Ltd. to do field research and learn about Yashily’s outward investment in New Zealand as well as the construction and development of its Dairy Industrial Base; Moreover, she also visited the supermarkets of Countdown New Zealand, which is a brand owned by Woolworths Group-a new large retailer in Australia, to get to know the operation of the enterprise, she also had discussion with the person in charge to learn more about its basic cooperation situation with China and the next cooperation plan.
