1. Approval document, approval certificate, business
license, contract, Articles of association, capital
verification report
2. The report and application form for importing
Chemical Products Liable to Producting Narcotic
Drugs;
3. The original effective import contract signed
with foreign clients
4. The supervision description and guarantee that
the chemicals won't be used for drags, and won't
be resold by the enterprise;
5. Import and export enterprise code
6. The contract of processing of raw materials and
assembling of parts, list of record and agreement
7. Suggestions from the local authorized customs
(or duplicate of the custom handbook of already
imported raw materials)
8. Certification provided by local industry authority
(provided if first-time application);
9. Other documents and materials asked by the inspection
and approval authority. |
