The Operation Process

Application receiving
   
Preliminary Examination by staffers of the authorized division
   
Examination and approval by deputy director general or chief director of the authorized division
   
Examination and approval by leaders of the authorized department

Documents Required

1. The application report for sale in domestic market with detailed description of cancellation after verifications and reasons for changing to sell in domestic market (original document), enclosed with opinions of relevant municipal foreign economics and trade department
2. The Processing Trade Operation Approval Certificate (Original document)
3. The Processing Trade Import and Export Contract (copy)
4. Registration handbook of the Customs on Processing Trade (Original document)
5. List of The Imported Materials and Parts and List of the Exported Processed Products And Consumption of the Corresponding Imported Materials and Parts (Original document)
6. Import Quota License is required if concerned (Original document)
7. Other documents and materials asked by the examination and approval authorities
