| Documents Required |
1. Approval document, approval certificate, business
license, contract, Articles of association, capital
verification report
2. Processing with import materials contract valid
by means of the signatures or seals of the legal
persons of all sides including operation units cooperated
with processing enterprises (except those who have
import & export free-operating right), foreign
investment enterprises and foreign investors. (Original
document)
3. Application form of the Processing Trade business
(contract) approval certificate, enclosed with opinions
from relevant municipal foreign economics and trade
department or relevant provincial authorities.
4. List of the imported materials and parts
5. List of the exported processed products
6. List of the exported processed products and consumption
of the corresponding imported materials and parts
7. Certificate of production capacity of the processing
enterprise (Original Document)
8. Industrial and commercial business license of
the processing enterprise (copy required for newly
established enterprises)
9. .Business License With Special Permission required
for domestic enterprises to start processing with
import materials (New enterprises should provide
with copy)
10. The latest vouchers of the cancellation after
verification (copy)
11. Import Contract, Export Contract and Consigned
Processing Contract Signed With Production Unit
are required for enterprises to start inward processing
12. Reference from local environment protection
department is required when involves environment
pollution
13. Other documents and materials asked by the examination
and approval authorities. |
