| The Operation Process
of Application |
Guangdong provinces (except Shenzhen) that apply
for fund for small and medium-size enterprises to
develop international markets shall go through examination
formalities with the Planning and Financial Division
of the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation of Guangdong Province.

| Qualifications |
1. The applying enterprise shall have been
registered with Department of Industry &
Commerce Management and shall have passed
the annual enterprise examination in the last
year;
2. The applying enterprise shall have fine
financial status and records of payment of
taxes;
3. The applying enterprise shall have no acts
in violation of laws and regulations in terms
of the customs, industrial and commercial
administration, taxation, quality inspection,
etc. during the last three years;
4. The applying enterprise shall have not
violated the Interim Rules of Implementation
of Quota of Import Duty on Agricultural Products
promulgated by the State Development Planning
Commission;
5. The applying enterprises that were accredited
with quota of import duty on agricultural
products during the last year (those were
accredited with quota of import duty on wool
and wool tops shall have factual import value)
and new applicant enterprises shall meet other
requirements. |

Materials |
1. Application Form of Quota of Import Duty
on Agricultural Products or Application Form
of Quota of Import Duty on Wool or Wool Tops
(original);
2. Copies of Business License of Enterprise
Legal Person stamped with the seal for qualification
in the annual enterprise examination for the
last year by Department of Industry &
Commerce Management;
3. Copies of records of financial status and
payment of taxes of the last two years;
4. Copies of quota distribution documents
and customs declaration for import goods;
5. New applicant enterprises shall submit
originals of materials recording the production
capacity and business for the last year and
the then year.
6. Enterprises applying for quota of import
duty on wool and wool tops shall submit the
original of the import contracts.
7. Other materials to be submitted according
to relevant provisions.
The above materials shall be provided in triplicate
and stamped with the common seal of the applying
enterprise. |

The variety of agricultural products to be
imported under quota of import duty that enterprises
may apply for include: palm oil, bean oil,
colza oil, sugar, wool and wool tops. |
