| Qualifications
of Enterprises |
The applying enterprises shall have been licensed
to deal in foreign trade and shall have not
any acts in violations of laws or regulations
in business activities during the last three
years. |

to be Submitted |
1. Application for quota of products to be
exported under state's plan
2. Certificate of qualification for export
and import business and Copies of Business
License of Enterprise Legal Person;
3. Usage of export quota and business during
the last two years. |
| Notice |
The variety of products to be exported under
quota that enterprises may apply for include:
processed timber, zinc and zinc-base alloy,
block tin, tinwork, rare earth metal, rare
earth oxide, rare earth salt, gray fabric,
factory-reeled silk, other silks, tea, antimony
and antimony products, antimony oxide, ammonium
paratungstate, tungsten trioxide, blue tungsten
oxide, tungsten powder and tungstic acid.
Among the above products, rice, green tea,
oolong dark tea, silks (factory-reeled silk,
other silks), antimony and antimony products,
antimony oxide, ammonium paratungstate, tungsten
trioxide, blue tungsten oxide, tungsten powder
and tungstic acid are traded by designated
enterprises; application for export quota
of rare earth metal, rare earth oxide and
rare earth salt remain to be handled jointly
by the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation of Guangdong Province and the
Economic and Trade Commission of Guangdong
Province. |
