examination formalities with the Planning and Financial
Division of the Department of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province.

I. Prerequisites for application:
1. he applying enterprise shall have been
registered as a corporate personality and
licensed to deal in foreign trade;
2. The value of exports of the applying enterprise
recorded by the customs for the last year
shall be less than 15 million USD, and the
enterprise shall have a sound financial management
system and fine record of financial management;
3. The applying enterprise shall have personnel
who are specially engaged in foreign trade
and economic cooperation and have basic skills
in such field, and the enterprise shall have
made specific plans for developing international
markets and made specific arrangement for
such plans.
II. The fund for small and medium-size enterprises
to develop international markets shall be
managed under an annual plan. The fund planned
for a year shall be used for the year.
