1. If ministries, commissions and offices of the
central government and the parent companies desire
to hold international exhibitions in our province,
they shall not do so unless first approved by the
Guangdong Department of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation and after submitting a written application.
2. In case of any request of various regions, departments
and Industry associations to hold international
exhibitions, enterprises acting as sponsor units
that are approved by the Ministry of Commerce to
possess the qualification for the holding of foreign
trade and technological exhibitions within the territory
of China, shall first file an application to our
department, and submit the exhibition scheme; including
(1)Sponsor unit, assisting unit or undertaking unit.
(2) Exhibition name.
(3) Exhibition time.
(4) Exhibition site.
(5) Exhibition contents.
(6) Exhibition area
(7) Proportion of domestic and foreign enterprise
exhibitors (in case of any Taiwan client exhibitor,
it shall be reported to the Taiwan Affairs Office
of the State Council.).
(8) Budget of expenditure.
(9) Items such as exhibition construction, booth
arrangement and security guard, etc. |
