| The Ministry of Commerce or CCPIT: to bear responsible for national comprehensive or professional exhibitions held abroad (outside the territory). The commissions (departments and bureaus) of various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as municipalities separately listed on the state plan: to hold overseas economic & trade exhibitions and organize local enterprises to participate in internal fairs in the names of the said provinces and autonomous. Local branches of CCPIT: to organize local import & export companies and enterprises to participate in expositions, international economic & trade exhibitions , or carry out activities of holding comprehensive exhibitions with the authorization of local governments. Industry branches of CCPIT: to hold professional overseas economics & trade exhibitions within the scope of their own industries and participate in international fairs. National professional foreign trade import & export companies (including the controlling company of industry and trade), various chambers of commerce of import & export, China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment: after authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, to influential international fairs and hold professional exhibitions, being forbidden organizes exhibitions that cross industries.
