| Application Filed by Productive Enterprises for Self-Support Import & Export Rights |
Self-support import & export rights of productive
enterprises means the power for such enterprises to engage
in the export business of self-making products and in
the import business of machinery equipment, parts and
components as well as raw and auxiliary materials, all
of which are necessary for the said enterprises. However,
goods and technologies that companies are restricted to
deal in or prohibited to import as well as export by the
State are excluded.
