3. Project Contract or Articles of Association of wholly-funded Project( 1 photocopy)
4. Permit Certificate, Business License ( 1 copy of each of them)
5. List of Imported Equipment for Project hereof ( 2 original copies stamped by examining and approving departments)
6. Instructions concerning Business Scope of Foreign Investment Enterprise ( 1 original copy, see attachment No.2)

Newly-approved project with added fund is required to offer approval reply to the first-time contract or articles of association concluded when enterprise hereof was started and approval reply to the last fund-adding application before this. ( 1 copy of each of them)
