1. Request Report (The title should be "The Request for Establishing XXX Company in XXX (Country) to Develop Overseas Processing Trade". The content should include conditions and qualifications of the domestic investor; objective and content of the investment project; conditions of the partner; amount, mode and ratio of the investment as well as the fund resources; operating mode of the project and exports achieved; annual operation scale and prospective earnings of the project, etc.);
2. Contracts and articles of association of the overseas processing trade enterprise;
3. Business license of the investor (duplicate);
4. Written Reply of State Administration of Foreign Exchange on the Examination of the Source of Foreign Exchange Capital of Overseas Investment
In addition, the feasibility report shall be also submitted to us for reference.

For remedial approval procedure, the following materials shall be provided:

1. Description of the general condition of the overseas processing trade enterprise;
2. Financial statements of the overseas processing trade enterprises in the last two years.
