and Rectification of Offenses and Violations in
Foreign Labor Service Cooperation” |
To increase the strength in striking illegal intermediary
organs, promote and ensure the normal operation of enterprises
with the qualification for Management of Foreign Labor
Service cooperation (hereinafter referred to as “qualified
enterprises”) , we have established the “Special
Working Group for Checking-up and Rectification of Offenses
and Violations in Foreign Labor Service Cooperation”,
mainly aiming to straighten out the following offenses
and violations by enterprises or individuals without the
qualification for Management of Foreign Labor Service
cooperation: Engaging in the foreign labor service cooperation
business illegally, fabricating foreign labor service
cooperation contracts with illegal intermediary organs
from abroad to cheat contracted workers, organizing contracted
workers to work abroad through tourism or commercial channels,
false advertisements, suspected of illegal organization
of stowaway or illegal immigration, etc. Qualified enterprises
and other people are welcome to provide relevant information
by letter or telephone. We will report your information
to the police and industry and commerce administration
departments for investigation and punishment.
