According to the request of recipient countries
and our country’s capability, the Chinese
government has entered into intergovernmental
framework agreements with governments of recipient
countries on credit line of concessional loans,
main conditions for the loans, range of use of
the loans, lending bank, re-lending bank, etc.
The Chinese enterprise can discuss the project
with the enterprise of the recipient country before
the two governments enter into a framework agreement
so that the Chinese government can consider the
discussion for reference when offering concessional
loans to the recipient country. When a domestic
enterprise plans to construct or operate projects
by joint venture or cooperation or by individual
proprietorship or lease-based management with
an enterprise in a recipient country, it shall
report to higher authorities for examination and
approval according to the following steps. |
