| Procedure and time limit
of examination |
1. Tender documents (bidding documents) for specified
products and the appraisal report shall be delivered
to the National Office for Electromechanical Products
for examination by the tender organization, a copy
of the these documents shall also be delivered to
the provincial office for electromechanical products
for filing.
2. Tender documents (bidding documents) for products
needed registration and the appraisal report shall
be delivered to the provincial office for electromechanical
products for examination. Time limit for examination
of the bidding documents is 20 working days (10
working days for single unit of equipment); time
limit for examination of the appraisal report is
10 working days. |
