| Materials needed for
application for recognition of eligible international
tender organization: |
1. The application letter;
2. Article of Association of the tendering organization;
3. Business License of Enterprise Legal Person;
4. Qualification certificate of import and export
enterprises;
5. Schedule and itemized table of performance in
international tender of electromechanical products;
6. Ranking in the Top 500 foreign trade companies
and import and export value in the last 3 years;
7. Organizational structure chart;
8. Other relevant documents relating to the tendering
organization. |
| Materials needed for
annual review |
1. Annual review report;
2. Business License of Enterprise Legal Person;
3. Itemized schedule of performance in international
tender of electromechanical products and itemized
schedule of performance in domestic tender of electromechanical
products;
4. The duplicate of the qualification certificate;5.
Other materials required by the Ministry of Commerce. |
| Procedure and time limit
for the application of recognition of eligible international
tender organization |
1. Enterprises eligible for international tender
shall apply for assessment to the provincial office
for electromechanical products with materials as
indicated in (II) above. Organizations that have
been granted international tender qualifications
shall apply to the provincial office for electromechanical
products for annual reviews within 30 days at the
end of the expiry of one year since the granting
of the Qualification Certificate of International
Tendering Organization;
2. Time limit for application of international tender
qualification by the provincial office for electromechanical
products is 10 days; time limit for application
for annual review is 7 days. A letter of approval
of the assessment will be issued if the application
complies with requirements;
3. The tender organization shall submit application
materials to the National Office for Electromechanical
Products with the approval of the assessment from
the provincial office for electromechanical products
for approval. |
