for International Aid |
Enterprises in Guangdong province (Guangzhou and Shenzhen
excluded), which apply for oversea multilateral and bilateral
grant aid or donation, shall undergo application proceedings
in the Technology Trade Division of the Department of
Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province.

1) Application letter from authorities of foreign
trade and economic cooperation at regional city
level.
2) Project application letter submitted by the unit.
The content should include:
* Name of the Project
* Location of the Project
* Executing Agency of the
Project
* Time of Implementation
of the Project
* Fund for the Project
* Bank Account Details of
the Project
* Summarization of the Project
Object (including descriptions on circumstances
of local cities, counties, towns and villages, etc)
* How to Accomplish the
Project and Reach the Goal
* How do target people benefit
from the project
* What kinds of influences
will the project bring to the lives of local women,
children and the handicapped?
* Foreseeable Influences
of the Project to Environment.
* Implementation Schedule
of the Project
* Support and Promise for
the Project from Local Government and the People.
* How to maintain the sustainable
development of the project
* Detail Budget of Aid Fund
* Chinese Supporting Fund
and Detail Budget
3) Commitment letter of financial contribution provided
by local government or related units.
4) Design sketch of the project, etc.
5) Other material required. |
| Application Procedure |
Authorities of foreign trade and economic cooperation
at regional city level will submit the materials
above-mentioned to the Technology Trade Division
of the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation of Guangdong Province which, according
to the nature and size of the project, will submit
correspondingly to MOC or directly to agencies of
foreign government in China. Some aiding parties
may assign experts to the site to scrutinize and
assess the project due to different nationality
of the aid applicant and nature of the project.
The project then can be started by the application
unit once getting written notification of approval
by the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation of Guangdong Province. |
