| II. Methods of Management
on Technology Export |
1. No export-prohibited technology is allowed to
be exported.
2. Implement license management on export-limited
technology. Such export is not allowed without license.
Only by applying to Ministry of Commerce for the
letter of intent on technology export license, can
an enterprise sign such technology export contract.
3. Implement contract registration management on
export-free technology. |
