| II. Method of Management
on Technology Import |
(I) No import-prohibited technology is allowed to
be imported.
(II) Implement license management on import-limited
technology. Such import is not allowed without license.
Only by applying to the Ministry of Commerce (MOC)
for the letter of intent on technology import license,
can an enterprise sign such technology import contract.
(III) Implement contract registration management
on import-free technology. |

Registration on Import-Free Technology: |
Enterprises in Guangdong province (Guangzhou and
Shenzhen are excluded) should register or forward
the contract of importing technology in the Technology
Trade Division of the Department of Foreign Trade
and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province.
